  • Q. Will my child's name ever appear on the website? A. No. Every image is given a keyword and number to allow only us to recognise them. An example is STAR-1.
  • Q. Can anyone access the site to look at the pictures?
     A. No. Apart from the portfolio section on this website all albums are password-protected. A password will be given to nursery staff and parents only.
  • Q. How can my child's grandparents look through the pictures?
     A. We are happy for you to give the password to trusted friends and family.
  • Q. How much will it cost us for Little Prints to visit?
     A. Absolutely nothing.
  • Q. What happens if I don't want my child photographed?
     A. Parents are notified in writing that we will be visiting their child's nursery or playgroup. If you don't want your child's photograph taken or displayed in the nursery's online album let us know in advance.
  • Q. How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?
     A. We hope you will receive your order within 5-7 working days. With some gift items and canvas prints this may not be possible. If you have a particularly urgent order, contact us and we will do all we can to help.
  • Q. Can I make my own reprints?
     A. No. Copyright remains the property of Little Prints, making your own reprints would breach copyright law.
  • Q. Can I reproduce an image in a publication?
     A. As mentioned above, copyright remains the property of Little Prints. Images should not be reproduced without prior consent.
